A Little About Ourselves

We are a local company formed in 2002. Located in a business unit at the Garths Resource Centre. Staffed by people with a diverse range of experience and qualifications in I.T. User support.

Our company can provide support for software, hardware, web design and networking.

Mission statement

Our primary aim is to provide a value for money service to the customer. With a little care and effort, reliability and quality assurance does not have to be sacrificed.

As we are a small company with low overheads we can offer a reduced pricing structure to our customers, tailored to the individual.

After an extensive market research campaign we believe we have identified a key area in I.T. Support that at the moment is not being addressed.

Although we recognize that the subject of preventive computer maintenance (health checks) may not be in every small company's budget structure, within a short time the benefits will become apparent.

With this in mind we have compiled a number of service contract offers, which combine monthly visits and customer callouts for problem solving, repair and health checks.

A Service for Personal PC's is offered Computer systems can be built to customer's specifications. System upgrades and advice are also available.

As we are sure you are aware, system failures or "crashes" are the main cause of loss of data, the results of this can vary between mild irritation and total devastation for the user.

You will also be aware that the "crashes" can cause permanent physical damage to the hard drive. A computer generates a great amount of heat, which can have the same effect, and if not addressed will reduce the lifespan of your computer.
